All guests must fill out a WAIVER. ALL GUESTS even chaperones. We recommend that you complete the waiver online before your arrival. Once you complete the waiver it is valid for one year. You can fill out the waiver HERE.

All participating guests must wear Bay Play Grip Socks. Do not bring your own, You will be required to wear our grip socks. You keep the socks. Bring them for every visit.

ALL GUESTS MUST REMOVE THEIR SHOES AT THE ENTRANCE. YES, EVEN THE CHAPERONES. WE TAKE EVERY STEP TO KEEP OUR FACILITY CLEAN. THE KIDDOS CRAWL ON THE FLOOR ETC.

Outside food and drink is NOT allowed. We will make an exception for small snacks, the kids will get hungry. Eating and drinking is not allowed in the attraction areas. please do your best to keep our spaces clean.

Admission includes use of all attractions that are appropriate for the participant’s age and weight. Game cards are required for the arcade and carnival games. Cards can be purchased online or at the facility.

Day passes are good for two hours of play. There are no ins and outs. All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
