I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT PARTIES!!

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION. ALL OF THIS INFORMATION IS VERY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU BOOK AN EVENT.

With a party reservation, you get a table or room reserved for 45 minutes, unless you book a Plus package, which adds an extra hour (1 hour 45 minutes total). That's the entire time allowed at the room or table, and no extra time is provided for setup, so please plan accordingly. Pizza and juice boxes are provided for party guests, and you can add more food and drinks at checkout. You're welcome to bring a cake or cupcakes, but no other outside food is allowed.

WHAT DO THE PARTY PACKAGES COST?

HOW DO THE PARTY RENTALS WORK?

When you book, you'll get an arrival time and a room or table reservation time. Your room or table reservation starts about 2 hours after your arrival time and lasts 45 minutes.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PARTY RENTAL?

Admission, pizza, juice boxes, socks and game cards for each participant! Each participating guest gets a $3 game card and the guest of honor gets a $5 game card (card values can be customized), plus a 45-minute table or room rental. Only participants are counted for food, drinks and table or room seating.

DO PARENTS/CHAPERONES COUNT TOWARDS THE GUEST LIST?

There are “participants” and “chaperones” (non-participating guests). Everyone using our attractions is a participant and counts toward the guest total. Chaperones are non-participating guests who accompany a participant. The guest of honor can bring 2 chaperones, and each participating guest can bring 1. Each additional chaperone is $5.

WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR THE “CHAPERONES”?

All Bay Play guests must fill out a WAIVER (chaperones included), and we recommend completing it before you arrive. All guests must also remove their shoes or wear the shoe covers we provide (so wear socks, the floor can get cold). If you need a pair of grip socks, they're $4. We take every step to keep our facility clean, because the kiddos crawl on the floor.

WHAT IF I WANT TO HAVE THE ROOM OR TABLE FOR ADDITIONAL TIME?

Plus packages include the room or table for an additional hour. Please choose a Plus option if you'd like the space for longer.

CAN I DECORATE THE ROOM OR TABLE?

No. Our party rooms are themed, so no additional decorations are allowed. Tables have coverings, so no table decorations either.

DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD OR DRINK?

Yes! Pizza and juice boxes are included for participants. To order more food and drinks for chaperones or participants, add them to your cart at checkout. You can bring a cake or cupcakes (no ice cream cakes), but all other outside food and drink is not allowed.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT THE DAY OF THE EVENT?!

The party host should arrive 15 minutes before the other guests to drop off cake or cupcakes and handle any last-minute details. When guests arrive, we'll get them checked in as quickly as possible, and completing the waiver online beforehand really speeds this up. After check-in, guests get about 2 hours of playtime before your table or room reservation, then 45 minutes at the table or in the room for eating and singing Happy Birthday. If more guests arrive than your package includes, you'll receive an adjusted invoice.
